Before you build anything complicated like payments flows, treasury logic, or payout batching, you want one primitive working end-to-end: move stablecoins between two addresses and observe the full lifecycle.

Arc’s “Transfer USDC or EURC” quickstart is that baseline. It walks through sending USDC or EURC on Arc Testnet using Circle Dev-Controlled Wallets, fully programmatically.

Creates two developer-controlled wallets on Arc Testnet (EOA wallets created inside a wallet set).

Funds one wallet with testnet USDC or EURC via Circle’s faucet so you can pay gas and send value.

Executes a transfer from one wallet to the other using the Wallets SDK (or the API directly).

Verifies outcomes by checking balances and transaction state.

Why this is a good “first build” on Arc:

It’s a repeatable, end to end flow you can rerun many times without manually creating or managing wallets each run.

It gives you the building block for real-world flows: sending, receiving, and reconciling stablecoin transfers.

It sets you up to layer in app logic next: limits, batching, receipts, or webhooks/event handling.
