New chapter. Joining Circle as Community Growth Lead, working closely with Circle’s growing Community team as they expand their footprint globally… starting in Turkey.. 

Before I get into what's ahead, here's a bit about how I got here.

For as long as I can remember, my life has revolved around communities. In school, I was the one starting clubs, connecting people, finding a cause to rally around. I didn't have a word for it then, but I was always drawn to the idea that the fastest way to learn something or go deep on anything is to find your people. Join a community. That's the golden key.

That instinct eventually led me to tech. I joined several tech competitions, then started my own AI startup. Along the way, I crossed paths with a team trying to solve youth unemployment through tech education. What started small turned into something I never could have predicted: developer programs spanning 100+ countries, reaching 400K+ developers, building on the ground across emerging countries.

That journey is where I discovered Web3 tech deeply. I started building developer and founder onboarding programs, running hackathons, and watching builders go from their first lines of code to real products.

Most don't make it through that gap. Not because they lack talent, but because they lack depth, real guidance, and access to people who've been through it.

Sometimes the hardest truth is that a journey shouldn't have been started at all. 

No real problem being solved, no real outcome ahead. Early-stage community guidance can save founders years of wasted effort.

Local teams in emerging markets are often disconnected from the global ecosystem. 

Almost a year ago, my path crossed with Sam Sealey in Turkey. We saw the same world from the same angle and believed we could build something meaningful together. Today, I'm joining an incredible, visionary team to make that happen together with all Architects.

This is where it all comes together. Building a community where local founders and developers can find depth, guidance, and a real connection to the global ecosystem via supporting each other. The goal is simple: make sure builders in this region don't have to figure it out alone.
