VibeCard is a hackathon demo of a treasury-funded USDC payout flow on Arc testnet. Pete Budlong is joining Sam Sealey to walk through how the current implementation works: Circle Wallets SDK for treasury and recipient wallets, custom x402-based split payment logic, and Arc-native USDC transfers.
