Ababilpay’s invoice system is designed to help merchants create USDC payment requests, share them with customers, and track payments through a clean treasury dashboard. The goal is to make stablecoin payments feel simple for regular businesses, while still supporting multi-chain payment flows for crypto-native teams.

A merchant starts by creating an invoice from the Ababilpay dashboard. They enter the customer name, email, invoice amount, due date, and memo. The merchant can choose between two payment modes: a fixed-chain wallet payment or a unified multi-chain payment rail.

In fixed-chain mode, the merchant selects a specific receiving wallet. The customer pays the invoice on that wallet’s chain, and the payment is tracked through the transaction hash. This mode is simple and direct: customer wallet to merchant wallet.

In unified mode, the customer can pay from supported chains while the merchant receives the value through a unified Gateway-based flow. The checkout uses wallet connection, so the customer does not need to manually copy an address or scan a QR code. They connect their wallet, choose a payment network, approve USDC, and submit the payment. Ababilpay records the transaction and updates the invoice status.

Once the customer pays, the payment page immediately shows the invoice as paid. The backend stores the transaction hash, payer address, amount, chain, and payment status in Supabase. This gives the merchant a clear audit trail for every invoice payment.

The dashboard invoice page shows all invoices with their customer, amount, due date, status, and payment link. Merchants can search invoices, filter by status, and copy payment links. Paid, sent, overdue, and draft invoices are shown separately so the business can quickly understand what needs attention.

Behind the scenes, Ababilpay uses Circle infrastructure for wallet and Gateway operations, Supabase for invoice data and payment records, and wagmi/viem with RainbowKit for customer wallet checkout. This lets customers pay from their own wallets while the merchant keeps a structured record of every payment.

In short, Ababilpay invoices turn USDC payments into a business-friendly workflow: create invoice, share link, customer connects wallet, payment is submitted, and the merchant tracks everything from one dashboard.
