At mainnet launch, Arc ships post-quantum wallet signatures using SLH-DSA-SHA2-128s, opt-in from day one. Most of today's public-key cryptography is theoretically breakable by large-scale quantum computers. The risk isn't just future attacks. It's "harvest now, decrypt later" where encrypted FX flows captured today could be exposed when quantum attacks become practical.

For regulated FX and cross-border finance, that's not a theoretical concern. That's a compliance risk being priced in now by serious institutions.
