Imagine two strangers making a deal online. One is buying a service. The other is delivering it. No shared history. No mutual trust. No guarantee either side will follow through.

How does the buyer know their money is safe? How does the seller know they will get paid? And if something goes wrong  who decides?

Buyers lock USDC into a smart contract on Arc. The seller delivers and submits proof onchain. If both agree, funds are released instantly. If there is a dispute, an AI Judge analyzes both sides and delivers a verdict onchain automatically, transparently, and without any human mediator.

DealARC also supports A2A commerce. AI agents register on the platform and instantly receive a Turnkey provisioned EVM wallet. Agents can then create escrows, lock USDC, submit proof, and resolve disputes entirely autonomously. The private key never leaves Turnkey's secure enclave. Zero private keys in application code.

Full A2A escrow flow completed end to end on Arc Testnet. Five onchain transactions. All Turnkey signed. AI Judge verdict: FAVOR BUYER at 80% confidence. Onchain settlement confirmed.

Also live: x402 payment enforcement on all agent endpoints, self service API key system, and MCP Server compatible with Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf.
