We've been building quietly, and today we're ready to share what's new. CronPay is a Web3 escrow payment system built on Arc where companies pay employees for completed tasks using USDC. No middlemen, no trust issues, just smart contracts doing the work.

Companies now have a full dashboard to manage everything in one place. You can see all your active, pending, completed, and disputed tasks at a glance. You can also track how much USDC is currently locked in escrow, how much has been released, and how much has been refunded.

Create an organisation profile with your company name, industry, and team size Add employees by their wallet address and set optional hourly or monthly rates

Create tasks with a title, description, payment amount in USDC, assigned employee, and deadline

        When a task is created, the USDC locks into the smart contract instantly ,  nobody can touch it until             work is reviewed

Approve completed work and release payment directly to the employee's wallet

Reject submissions with a reason so the employee can fix and resubmit

Request a refund if the task was never started or something went wrong

Raise a dispute if there's a disagreement ,  an admin steps in and resolves it fairly

Employees now have their own space to manage everything too. You can see all tasks assigned to you, their current status, deadlines, and total USDC earned.

 Submit completed work with a message, proof link, or file attachments

Track the status of every submission in real time

Accept or reject refund requests from companies

Raise a dispute if you believe the refund request is unfair

Company creates a task → USDC locks in the smart contract 🔒

Employee accepts the task and starts working

Company reviews and approves → USDC goes straight to employee wallet ✅

If rejected → employee fixes and resubmits

If disputed → admin reviews both sides and decides who gets the funds

Funds never leave the contract until either the work is approved or a refund or dispute is resolved. Everything is onchain, transparent, and final.

This is still MVP. The UI is rough, and we know that; we're actively working on it. But the core flow works, and we want real feedback from actual users before we build further.
