I built a small independent community tool for Arc node operators:

https://github.com/Bela1401/arc-node-health-monitor

It helps operators quickly check public RPC reachability, Arc Testnet chain ID, latest observed block height, optional EL/CL metrics reachability, public port status, and basic suggested fixes.

Security note: the checker only tests publicly reachable endpoints. Metrics exposure is optional, and Engine API port 8551 should never be exposed publicly.
