English: The first in-person Arc France community event on the French Riviera. A morning networking breakfast exploring how stablecoins, and USDC and EURC in particular, are reshaping payments and bridging traditional and decentralized finance. Open and accessible to everyone: builders, founders, fintech professionals, local businesses, and the simply curious. Format: welcome and check-in, networking over breakfast, a short accessible introduction to Arc (Circle's open Layer-1 for stablecoin finance) and the role of stablecoins in Europe, followed by open networking.
