Arc Studio - Build Anything. Onchain.
Let's chat all things AI and Agentic Economy on Arc

Arc Studio

Build ANYTHING. Onchain. If you're building with Arc Studio or Autonomous Agents, tell us about it!

Built a Stablecoin FX DEX on Arc with Arc Studio

over the past few days and wanted to share how it went. I set out to build a simple DEX for swapping FX stablecoin pairs on Arc, and ended up with a working app,

is a stablecoin swap interface on Arc Mainnet, routing through Uniswap v3 pools. The first pair I tested was

A "You Pay" / "You Receive" token selector with a flip button

An amount input with a live balance display and a

A quote breakdown: expected output, exchange rate, price impact, LP fee, route, and slippage tolerance

A wallet connection badge (ENS name resolves correctly, shown as dnopz.eth)

A clear "Real funds · Irreversible" warning in the footer, which I appreciated, since this runs on mainnet

I started with a wallet-first approach, and Arc Studio handled the scaffolding well. Before building, it read through the relevant design references and the existing project files, so the output was consistent with the project rather than generic boilerplate.

The first iteration was a wallet app with two main components:

Shows a live USDC balance read directly from the ERC-20 contract on Arc

Displays a shortened address with an ArcScan explorer link

Includes a "Send USDC" button, disabled until a wallet is connected

Recipient address field with live validation (isAddress)

Inline validation for invalid addresses, amounts exceeding balance, and wrong network

Real transaction states: "Confirm in wallet…" → "Confirming…" → receipt with an ArcScan link

Spring animation, an accent strip, and backdrop blur

From there I extended the app into the swap interface shown in the screenshot. The Arc Studio sidebar also has a

button, which makes testing on testnet painless.

Takeaways for anyone building or using a DEX like this:

Consider adding a warning (or blocking the swap) above a threshold like 1–3%.

A polished swap screen doesn't help if the pool is shallow.

This is real money on mainnet, and swaps are irreversible.

Early FX pairs on a new chain are a real opportunity for LPs, since the fee tier is 0.05% and spreads are currently wide.

Add more FX pairs as stablecoin issuers launch on Arc (e.g., other regional currencies)

Add a price-impact warning modal before confirming high-impact swaps

Show a comparison against the oracle/market rate

Add multi-hop routing in case direct pools are thin

Implement an LP dashboard for providing liquidity to FX pairs

Arc Studio makes it remarkably easy to go from "I want to build X" to a live, wallet-connected dApp. The agent reads the design references, builds the files, and handles the real wallet and transaction states. The remaining work is the part no tool can shortcut: liquidity, risk UX, and testing.

If you're thinking about building FX or stablecoin apps on Arc, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try, but

Happy to answer questions or share more details about the build. Would love to hear what others are building!
