The Circle Grants Program is relaunching with a more focused, milestone-driven approach to support exceptional teams building production-grade systems on Arc and the Circle Developer Platform.
Building the future of money requires more than great ideas — it takes real infrastructure, real execution, and teams determined to ship. Through the program, we support builders turning stablecoins, programmable money, and onchain infrastructure into production-grade systems that can work in the real world.
We’re excited to relaunch the Circle Developer Grants Program with a more focused, measurable, and Arc-forward approach.
The program is designed to support exceptional teams building on Arc and the Circle Developer Platform, with milestone-based USDC funding, technical guidance, co-marketing support, mentorship, and access to the Circle ecosystem. Our goal is to help high-impact teams ship, scale, and contribute to the next generation of real-world financial activity onchain.
As Arc continues toward mainnet, we’re evolving the grants program to support builders with clear technical intent, meaningful Circle product integrations, and measurable paths to production deployment. Funding is tied to defined milestones that reflect each project’s roadmap, technical progress, and potential ecosystem impact.
What’s changing
This relaunch makes the Circle Grants Program more selective, milestone-driven, and directly aligned with Arc mainnet readiness.
Grants will be anchored to tangible progress, including meaningful integrations with Arc and Circle products, clear technical milestones, and production-oriented outcomes. This approach helps ensure funding supports teams that can expand USDC utility, strengthen the Arc and Circle ecosystems, and create durable value for the broader developer community.
In practice, that means we’re looking for projects where Arc is core to the flow of value, liquidity, or settlement, and where Circle products such as USDC, Wallets, CCTP, Gateway, and related services serve as meaningful building blocks in the project’s architecture.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for high-caliber teams building real-world financial flows onchain.
Strong applicants will demonstrate strong platform alignment, proven shipping ability, clear technical ownership, traction or a credible path to traction, and a project that can create meaningful ecosystem impact.
That includes teams building across areas such as:
- Agentic economic activity
The strongest applications will show not only what a team wants to build, but what they have already shipped, what they plan to ship next, and how their milestones can translate into users, usage, revenue, liquidity, or broader ecosystem value.
How the program works
Applications are submitted through the Circle Grants portal. From there, projects are reviewed for alignment with Arc, Circle product integrations, technical readiness, traction, and ecosystem impact.
Select applicants may move into a deeper technical review with input from Circle teams across Ecosystem, Ventures, Product, and Business Development. If accepted, teams will work with Circle to define tailored milestones aligned to their roadmap, integration plans, and Arc commitments.
Grant payments are released as milestones are met and approved.
Along the way, selected teams may receive support through technical guidance, mentorship, co-marketing opportunities, event participation, ecosystem introductions, and visibility across relevant Circle teams and programs.
